SaaS Engineering

your Know-How is worth your weight in gold. The only problem — making it available for everyone to buy by yesterday.

But what if we told you it does not have to be this way? What if we told you that our sole purpose is to handle and take out of the equation everything that scares and worries your — to transform and position your business to take full advantage of today’s technology, and do it at the price that puts back a smile on your face.

Office meeting

From an idea to an MVP in as little as 3 months.

Building a SaaS product is probably the only thing in software development that can be compared to a special military operation. It needs to be well planned and effectively executed without much room for error or delays. The key to speed is having the right process in place and having enough resources that are fully focused on your project

All you have to do is explain your idea to us.

To ensure we deliver what you want as soon as possible, your engagement is essential in the first phase of the project — definition and approval of project scope and specs. Once both sides agree on what is about to be built — it’s “sit back and enjoy” time for you — watch your product come into existence with new builds every Friday.

You’re in good hands, we know what we’re doing.

We employ a full range of specialists to build your SaaS effectively and on time. Here is how we go about it.

01

Discovery

In this first step, we are looking to thoroughly understand how your business works, what you want to build, and who you are building it for. We aim to define the product specification, software architecture, application wireframes, UI design, the first draft of the user manual/documentation, project breakdown into user stories, and software development sprints.

Resources employed at this stage: One senior SaaS consultant, one solutions architect, an art director, two UI designers, and one senior software engineer.

02

Development

Next, we execute the defined plan and develop the minimum viable product of the SaaS application using agile methodology, including automated testing and initial infrastructure setup.

Resources employed at this stage: Three to nine software engineers, one QA engineer, and one agile product manager.

03

Website

In parallel with SaaS development, we will start working on the website for your SaaS product. This includes the customer support portal powered with automated chatbots, ticketing, live chat, and a knowledge base of tutorials.

Resources employed at this stage: Art director, one UI designer, two front-end software engineers, one back-end software engineer, and one QA engineer.

04

Deployment

The final stage of your SaaS development focuses on deployment and configuring the production Cloud infrastructure to serve the website and the SaaS product. This stage also includes configuration of monitoring services and automated recovery procedures. Once your SaaS product is completed, we are handing over all keys to you and you can start selling.

Resources employed at this stage: One senior DevOps engineer and one senior software engineer.

05

Maintenance and evolution

At this stage, your product is ready, available to your customers, you’re in business, and your technical team can continue to operate and maintain the product. However, if you do not have a technical team in-house, with our team augmentation services, we can take over the maintenance and evolution of your platform.

A working prototype in 3 months, or we will give you your money back.

Yes, you’ve read that right. If things are not moving as fast as we promised you, we will issue a full refund for all the work we’ve done thus far. The conditional guarantee will be based on the scope, project specifications, and size of your product.

Time is of the essence. Let’s start today.

We are currently operating at max capacity but continuously adding more engineers to our team. So, schedule a call with us today, and let's find out when is the earliest we can start serving you. We will do our best to take on your project ASAP.
